Upon confirmation of availability, please complete this booking form and mail it with your deposit to the address below. The booking form is to be accompanied by a nonrefundable deposit of $600. This amount may be paid by check to Serendipity Ventures, Inc., 4909 Eldorado Springs Drive, Boulder, CO 80303-9644 USA.Those who book from outside the United States may find it more convenient to wire the deposit and subsequent payment. The tour assumes double occupancy, i.e., rooms will be shared by two people, unless a single room is requested and a Single Supplement paid.

It is also recommended for your benefit that you assure that you have travel insurance which covers health, accident, ambulance return to the US, etc., as well as for the possibility of your having to cancel the course after the cutoff date. In regard to your health and safety, please assure us of the following:

Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and participation in Abbondanza Toscana courses are subject to the following terms and conditions. Signature on the preceding page indicates acceptance of these conditions.

2. Abbondanza Toscana is the working name for courses and tours managed by Serendipity Ventures, Inc., a Colorado, USA, corporation.

3. The non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due sixty days before arrival for the course. Seventy-five days before the start of the tour, you will receive an invoice from Serendipity Ventures, Inc., for the balance of the fee in equivalent U.S. dollars. If the balance is unpaid sixty days before the start of the program, the registration may be cancelled and the deposit retained.

4. Cancellation must be made in writing, by registered mail or e-mail. If the cancellation is made by e-mail, it is the responsibility of the sender to assure that the e-mail was received. Upon cancellation of attendance by a participant within sixty days of the start of the program, or occurence of one of the events in provision 7 below, no amount of the program price is refundable.

5. Tour members grant permission to Abbondanza Toscana and its agents to utilize the members’ images or likenesses obtained during the tour in its promotional materials. This is a revocable license that may be withdrawn upon written request by the tour member.

6. Abbondanza Toscana reserves the right to change certain conditions of the offered courses, for instance, the advertised chef or instructor, activities or schedule of activities, menus, etc. In the unlikely event that a course or tour is cancelled for lack of participation, or if it becomes necessary to cancel a tour because of circumstances beyond its control, the sole responsibility of Abbondanza Toscana is to provide a refund of the course or tour cost.

7. No responsibility is accepted for cancellations by the participant, or cancellation of the courses, due to adverse weather conditions, war, threat of war, civil strife, terrorism, or natural disaster. It is the responsibility of participants to protect their investment with trip insurance covering, but not limited to, medical expenses, baggage, accident, loss or damage to property, cancellation and curtailment, personal liability, legal expenses and emergency. The Selva property has third party liability with normal Italian coverage. Transportation liability is provided by third party supplier insurance.
